Solenergi can install systems producing anywhere from 5,000 kWh to 500,000 kWh per year (worth anywhere from ~$500 – $50,000 per year).
Solenergi installs systems that can cost anywhere from $5,000 to $100,000. We tailor our system designs to your specific energy needs, property structure, and budget.
Solenergi works with customers to help them take advantage of tax credits and other government incentives that help offset the costs of going solar. We also provide flexible payment options like solar financing and power purchase agreements (PPA) that can last up to 20 years.
We use Solar Panels and microinverters that last a minimum of 25 years, and most of them have a warranty for the same period. We only use high quality components to ensure efficiency, resilience, and longevity to maximize your savings.
Solenergi strives to select modules that require little-to-no maintenance, but can provide support should any problems arise. This can include things like microinverter replacement as well as web-based system monitoring to ensure sufficient energy production.
Solenergi will work with you during a site assessment to analyze at least 12 consecutive months’ worth of electricity bills, determine tilt angles, shading around the property, and weather patterns in order to determine the appropriate size, design, and output of the system. We will also design the system to meet local building, fire, and Historic District requirements, and take care of the permitting process 100%.
With a grid-tied system, you won’t have to worry about not making enough electricity during off-peak hours or storing excess electricity during bright summer days. Instead, you will sell excess energy back to the power company and you will still purchase traditional electricity at night or when the panels' output is less than you need. This is completely seamless and requires no switches or manual intervention.
Yes, Solenergi installs on a multitude of different roof styles. In fact, flat roofs are one of the most common designs we encounter in DC. We can design parapet-to-parapet systems that ensure proper tilt angle and allow rain, snow, and leaves to pass underneath, while protecting your roof surface from damaging UV rays.
Yes. You will need to obtain building permits to install a solar photovoltaic system. Depending on your jurisdiction, building, electrical, and plumbing codes may also apply. That said, Solenergi will take care of all the necessary paperwork and ensure that your system complies with all regulations before performing the install.
